What are your products?
We produce bilingual pop-up cards for your chinese speaking loved ones. Personalised gifts make the best gifts, hence each card design offers unique variations of your choosing. Find out more about who are we are and what we do here!
Where are your designs from?
Every illustration, art and card design is original. They are drawn digitally and/or by hand. All of our designs are carefully crafted and engineered by us at 〈 From 纸〉.
What materials are your products made with?
Our cards are printed on high quality FSC® certified uncoated paper, made with post-consumer recycled materials.
I wish to send my order as a gift, is the invoice included?
None of our online orders are shipped with paper invoices, so these will not be included for any gift orders.

Where do you ship to?
We offer islandwide delivery in Singapore!
Do note that we currently do not ship to Jurong Island, Sentosa, Pulau Tekong, and areas that are restricted (including police, military camps). Drop us a message on our contact page here or via email, if you wish to deliver to these areas. There will be additional charges imposed by our delivery partner.How much is your shipping fee?
We offer FREE local delivery, delivers in 4-5 working days.
If you wish to opt for courier with tracking: $4, delivers in 2-3 working days.We are not liable for lost mail via normal mail.
What if I gave the wrong address for my order?
Please promptly drop us a message on our contact page here or via email, in the following format:

If we have started to process your order, we will not be able to process this request. Return mail due to wrong addresses will not be applicable for refunds. Should you wish to re-ship the order, delivery charges will apply.

What are the available payment methods?
We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, AMEX via the secured Paypal platform. You are not required to have a Paypal account.
What if I received my order, but the items are damaged or wrong, can I return or get a refund?
Please accept our deepest apologises in the rare event of this happening. Drop us a message on our contact page here or via email, in the following format:
